I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great for anyone heading to the nearby football stadium, and I found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had good amenities, but it felt a bit isolated since it's on the outskirts of Rennes, and getting to the city required some effort. The dining options were pricier than I expected, but overall, it was decent value for a last-minute booking.

It's on the outskirts of Rennes, which is not ideally located unless you're going to the football stadium, but easy access to the city via a bus.
Dining

Dining within the hotel was a bit on the expensive side, especially compared to other Brit Hotels I have stayed at, but it did help to set us up for our drive to Poitiers.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and the staff was super friendly. However, the location wasn't ideal, being in a busy commercial area, and the dining options were somewhat limited. The price was a bargain, especially with the free cancellation policy, which made it more appealing.

The dining was okay; I’ve had better at other Brit Hotels. It was a bit limited and more expensive at 9 euros.
Facilities

The hotel is conveniently located near a busy road, making it easy to access the city. While the rooms were nicely equipped with air conditioning and a kettle, they felt a bit dark and dingy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. The dining experience was quite standard but decent for getting us ready for our travels.

The hotel was quite nice overall with modern, spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the location is a bit inconvenient as it is on a busy road out by the commercial areas, and the dining options were just average for the price. While I felt it was decent value for money, I'd expect something a bit better for the dining experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offered a large and comfortable room with a double bed and a sofa bed. While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location wasn't ideal, being on the outskirts of Rennes and a bit far from the city center. The dining options were decent but a bit pricey for what you got. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly choice if you’re heading to the Stade de Rennes.
